• Position for budget support, legislative traction, and strategic alignment

2. Canadian Institutions Expanding Globally (Africa Focus; other regions on request)
With Canada’s international student permit caps and shifting global trends, institutions must diversify and future-proof their international strategies. Africa—home to the world’s fastest-growing youth population—is a high-potential region. But meaningful partnerships require more than interest: they demand cultural fluency, trusted networks, and strategic coordination.

• Cross-cultural orientation and stakeholder diplomacy

• Events & Delegation Visits: Organize visits to or from institutions, businesses, and government; includes optional in-person training via the Beacon North Mentorship Academy (add link)

• Roundtables or Panels: Plan and execute virtual or in-person engagement events
